At FitLab23, we exist to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered—not just in the gym, but in every part of life. We saw the gap in our community for a gym that truly puts women first. Too often, fitness spaces can feel intimidating or impersonal. We wanted to change that. mEET THE OWNERS

Henry and Bee know firsthand how impersonal and overwhelming big commercial gyms can be. Henry started FitLab23 back in 2015 with a vision to create something different—a space where people felt seen, supported, and motivated to reach their potential. Bee joined in 2019, initially looking to improve her fitness for a personal challenge—climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. But what she found at FitLab23 was a passion for strength training and a community that inspired her to dive deeper into the fitness world.
With a background in healthcare, Bee brings a holistic perspective to fitness, focusing not just on physical strength but overall well-being. Henry, with years of experience in coaching and program development, is the mastermind behind our dynamic classes and innovative training methods. Together, they’ve built FitLab23 into a gym that’s all about real results, genuine support, and a whole lot of fun. They know what it’s like to feel lost in the crowd at a big gym, and they’re committed to making sure that never happens here. Their mission is simple: to help women feel strong, confident, and part of a community that truly cares.
