Yo, I’m Coach Henry – Founder of FitLab23 and your go-to for all things strength, movement, and serious training.
Before I was deep in the fitness game, I was in the fashion and marketing world, working with brands like Burberry, House of Fraser, and John Lewis—so yeah, I know a thing or two about style, precision, and creating experiences that stand out. But my real passion? Building strong bodies and even stronger mindsets.
I launched FitLab23 in 2015, bringing the first group fitness brand to Northwest London—and since then, I’ve been shaping a community of women who lift, move, and train hard. From strength training to boxing to building serious athleticism, my coaching is all about giving you real results without the BS.
I’ve spent years renting spaces in Wembley to run classes, but now, it’s time to build something bigger. FitLab23 isn’t just a gym—it’s a premium training space designed for women who take their fitness seriously. Think next-level coaching, top-tier training, and an environment that’s built for progress.
With my background in design, fitness, and business, I’m bringing together everything I’ve learned to create a space that’s as sharp as it is strong. No cookie-cutter fitness, no generic gym setups—just proper coaching, real community, and a training experience like no other.

I draw heavy influence from my qualifications and knowledge in H.I.I.T & Strength training along with semi-professional kick boxing career, when coaching all body types, this coupled with nutritional cornerstones help members achieve their desired goals. This ethos is consistent with what elite athletes benefit from in the world of sport.
Having over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, my prime approach is to consider your goals, body type, areas of development , injuries ,medical history as well as how often one wishes to work out. I work closely with members to develop training and nutrition plans designed to create a scenario for you to “Be The Best Version Of You “ by creating sustainable healthy habits to also achieve long lasting physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.
Training sessions are tailored to fit around busy schedules and, structured in accordance to fitness levels, experience and health requirements. Remember there are another 23 hours in the day when you finish your session, it’s what you do in those hours that counts!

As the Kids’ Kickboxing and Muay Thai Coach at FitLab23, I’m here to make martial arts fun, engaging, and empowering for our young warriors. With a background as a personal trainer, MMA boxing coach, and graphic designer, I bring a creative and energetic approach to every class.
In my sessions, we focus on building confidence, discipline, and physical fitness through dynamic kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques. I believe in creating a supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and have a blast while developing valuable life skills.

Otherwise known as JGLIMITLESS, I am a Social Media Influencer, Personal Trainer and Boxing coach. I’ve been working in the industry for 10 years now. I specialise in group training and transformations, my aim is getting people to become the best versions of themselves. Boxing is the key to self defence, gaining confidence, it helps with your mental health and also your physical fitness. All levels are welcome in my She Lifts & RumbleX class from beginners right through to advanced.
