She Lifts

Punch Lift & Sip

Burn calories, boost endurance, and level up your stamina with this high-energy fusion of boxing and strength training. BBL (Booty Blast Link-Up)

All about those glutes, baby! This fun and energetic class is dedicated to growing your glutes and building core strength. Using bands, weights, and perfectly-timed playlists, you’ll be moving to the beat while sculpting that lower body.
