I’ve never lifted weights before. Is this really for beginners?
Absolutely. This program is specifically designed for women new to strength training. You’ll learn everything from how to approach a barbell to proper form on every lift!
Will I get bulky from lifting weights?
No. Women don’t have enough testosterone to “bulk up” easily. What you WILL get: lean muscle definition, increased strength, better posture, and that toned look that comes from building muscle, not just losing fat.
What if I can’t keep up with everyone else?
Every exercise is scalable to your current ability. Our coaches ensure you’re challenged at the right level for YOU, not comparing yourself to anyone else.
What happens after the 3 classes?
You’ll have the option to continue with full FitLab23 membership and continue your progress.
Are 3 classes enough to get over my lifting fears?
Yes! For beginners, 3 days is perfect to build confidence and remove any fears. You’ll learn how equipment works, how to rack and unrack weights safely, and how movements should feel. After just a few classes, what once felt intimidating starts to feel natural. With the right coaching and environment, confidence comes quickly.
Where do the sessions take place?
All sessions are held in person at our FitLab23 studio: Unit 2D, 2 Atlip Rd, Wembley HA0 4LU. Find us on Google Maps!
What if I need to miss a session?
Life happens. You can cancel up to 12 hours before your session and rebook for another time. If you cancel within 12hrs you will lose your class credit.
