1. What makes FitLab23 different from a regular gym?
FitLab23 is a women-centric strength training and boxing studio in Wembley, designed to build confidence, community, and serious strength. Unlike regular gyms, we focus on coaching-led classes, progressive training, and a fun but no-nonsense approach to results.
2. I’m a complete beginner. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels, and our expert coaches will guide you through every session, offering progressions, regressions and modifications to suit your level. You can go at your own pace while still getting a great work out.
3. How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our website or our app. Our intro offer (3 classes for £29) is the best way to get started!
4. What memberships do you offer?
We have three membership options:
- Ultimate Champion – Unlimited classes
- Athlete – 14 classes/month
- Hero – 10 classes/month
We also offer class packs if you prefer flexibility!
5. Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t offer free trials, but our intro offer (3 classes for £29) gives you a taste of what we’re about. (Add link to intro offer)
6. Do I need to sign a contract?
Nope! We offer flexible membership options and class packs—no contracts unless you choose our 3 month rolling membership which saves you £££.
7. Can I just drop in for a class?
Yes! We offer single drop-in sessions, but best results are seen if you train with us at a minimum of twice a week.
8. What’s your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation window for all classes. If you cancel after this, you’ll lose the session.
9. Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership. Full cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
10. What type of workouts do you offer?
We specialise in:
- Strength Training – Learn to lift properly and get stronger every session.
- Boxing – High-energy sessions designed to build skill, endurance, and power.
Hybrid Classes – A mix of strength, conditioning, and boxing.
11. What’s the difference between ‘She Lifts’ and ‘Punch Lift and Sip’?
- She Lifts is all about strength training—building muscle, lifting heavier, and feeling strong.
Punch Lift and Sip combines boxing, strength, and post-class mocktails from our juice bar, it’s a party vibe!
12. Do I need to bring my own gloves for boxing?
You can rent boxing gloves for a small fee (£3), but you’re welcome to bring your own! We recommend hand wraps for extra wrist support.
13. Do you offer personal coaching?
Yes! We offer 1:1 personal coaching and results diven programmes for those looking for a more customised approach. Book a free consultation to see if it’s right for you.
14. Can I train with my friends?
Yes! We encourage training with friends, and you can book classes together via our app.
15. Do you have any community events?
Yes! We host events to bring our members together, keep an eye on our socials for the latest updates.

Yes! We have showers with amenities, changing rooms, and a safe place to keep your belongings.

Yes, we have free parking onsite for our members.

Yes! Our in-house juice bar, The Good Juice, serves fresh cold-pressed juices, protein shakes, and juice shots to refuel post-workout.
