Empowering People | Inspiring Our Community

VISION

EMPOWERING OUR COMMUNITY TO ACHIEVE WHAT MATTERS TO THEM.
FROM PERFORMANCE, AND COMBATTING HEALTH ISSUES, TO LOOKING AND FEELING GREAT ABOUT YOURSELF.

Why FITLAB23 was created?

FitLab23 was born out of the necessity to deliver premium training and health experience to our community. We recognised a flaw in the fitness space, there wasn’t a health space that delivered a safe environment for women to weight train, a place for women to feel at home and be competitive amongst their peers. When we explored what was available to us, all we saw was cheap gyms delivering low quality services.

We wanted to change that narrative and created a boutique health club in an underserved community. Our quest is to deliver this service and knowledge based around health and wellbeing and bring it to light. To help educate our community that health is wealth and it should be taken seriously.

Health doesn’t mean going to a budget gym and being ignored, it doesn’t mean women going to the gym and feeling the pressures of looking a certain way.

We represent a place where people feel part of an inclusive community that supports and encourages one another to be at their best and feel their best.

Together we can improve our health and wellbeing in a space where you feel comfortable and at home, A space where there is no need to feel body conscious or intimidated by others.

We are building an inclusive community and culture.

Why the Number 23?

There are 24 hours in a day, you may spend one hour on exercise, but what you consume during the remaining 23 hours has a huge impact on our health and wellbeing and has the potential to enhance or destruct your one hour workout. Our consumption is not limited to our diet and what foods we eat, although this is very important, it’s a whole lot deeper!

Are we sleeping right? Are we engaging in healthy conversations? Do we have the right people around us? Are we consuming social media which isn’t serving us any good?

Its incredibly important that we take a holistic approach when it comes to our health and wellbeing. Take a deep dive and question what we do with the rest of our day and what purpose it serves us.
