She Lifts

Are you ready to push- improve- EVOLVE! PGLTM is a women’s only 60 min full body work out class geared towards building lean muscle. We integrate a mix of cardio, resistance, bodyweight training as well as weight lifting elements that will improve your strength, power, agility, mobility, stamina and endurance. Our top class coaches are on hand to make sure the mechanics of the movements are correct and safely executed.

SHE LIFTS − For Beginners

If you have never lifted weights or don’t know where to start, don’t worry we’ve got you! We strip it back down to basics making sure you are moving using the correct form with initially using your bodyweight. As you progress we gradually add weight-lifting to your training. You will get a hybrid workout with elements of functional resistance and body weight training with a focus on building lean muscle while correcting imbalances. All performed with encouragement and guidance from our coaches.

Rumble For Women

Boxing is one of the fastest growing sports for women nationally and globally. This is a structured program designed to teach you basic boxing technique meanwhile providing an all round full body work out. You will learn correct stance, guard, footwork and how to throw punches in an energetic and encouraging environment.

Punch & Sip

Boxing and HIIT style work out! Learn the art of boxing and maximising your calorie burn in this killer cardio workout! Hydrate after class with a complementary healthy fresh juice to replenish your electrolyte stores.

Youth Boxing

Boxing is a great way to boost your child’s’ fitness, health and confidence. It also teaches valuable life lessons like self-discipline, respect and dedication. In this class kids will learn and develop their boxing technical skills like footwork, learn how to throw punches and combinations.

Youth Strength & Conditioning Class

This program combines bodyweight movements, plyometric, gymnastics and weightlifting elements. It’s a fantastic way to introduce the younger generation to the world of exercise in a safe and encouraging environment under supervision.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance, flexibility and mind body connection. We modify the workout and give variations of exercise to provide a gentle strength training program or a challenging workout suitable for both beginners and people who already exercise regularly.
