Over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have participated in amateur boxing in the past, however, my boxing career came to an early stop due to health reasons. But I love boxing and wanted to be close to the sport and found my passion in helping people who were in similar situations to me who use boxing to improve their body and mind. Mental stimulation through movement that makes you think and focus rather than go through the motions. 

I have helped women gain confidence through group boxing classes and have coached women who have newly entered the sport of boxing and went on to participate in white-collar boxing and have won!
