Henry (head coach)

My philosophy is simple, Performance is for everyone. For everyone I serve I provide a holistic approach to coaching and use science backed resources to enrich all aspects of their life. I started my training journey learning at D1 Athletics in America where I played American Football at college. I then moved to the UK and settled in London with the same passion for movement and learning different skill based training.

I have done amateur boxing for a professional Boxing Club in North West London. I acquired my CrossFit qualification with CrossFit Box and have studied further into the topic of sports nutrition, cognitive behavioural therapy and sports & mobility training.

The most meaningful accomplishments are never made alone, and I always look forward to coach people to look and feel their best inside and out for reasons that matter to them.

I have extensive knowledge of the muscular and nutritional system and plays a pivotal role in my approach to building strength and endurance.

I draw heavy influence from my qualifications and knowledge in H.I.I.T & Strength training along with semi-professional kick boxing career, when coaching all body types, this coupled with nutritional cornerstones help members achieve their desired goals. This ethos is consistent with what elite athletes benefit from in the world of sport.

Having over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, my prime approach is to consider your goals, body type, areas of development , injuries ,medical history as well as how often one wishes to work out. I work closely with members to develop training and nutrition plans designed to create a scenario for you to “Be The Best Version Of You “ by creating sustainable healthy habits to also achieve long lasting physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

Training sessions are tailored to fit around busy schedules and, structured in accordance to fitness levels, experience and health requirements. Remember there are another 23 hours in the day when you finish your session, it’s what you do in those hours that counts!

My message to you today is simple. Getting fit is for everyone. It doesen’t matter if you’re a complete beginner, think you’re “too old,” or maybe not “good enough,”… you can take action today and begin achieving your fitness goals.

I know this because I was just like you. Starting my journey in January 2011 (12 years ago), I had no idea what I was doing but was eager to change my life. And thankful that I kept consistent…

Since then, I’ve gone from “unhappy” to “fulfilled” physically and mentally. Working with dozens of private clients. Clients with special needs, unique goals, different backgrounds – you name it. With my 12+ years of experience, I aim to help you do the same!

To go from where you are to reach a stage where you’re more fulfilled than ever!

Fitness is more of a lifestyle. Yeah, it helps you look good, but the real benefits come from within… your mind, energy levels, confidence, and self-esteem. When it happens, it’s beautiful.

Over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have participated in amateur boxing in the past, however, my boxing career came to an early stop due to health reasons. But I love boxing and wanted to be close to the sport and found my passion in helping people who were in similar situations to me who use boxing to improve their body and mind. Mental stimulation through movement that makes you think and focus rather than go through the motions. 

I have helped women gain confidence through group boxing classes and have coached women who have newly entered the sport of boxing and went on to participate in white-collar boxing and have won!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and trained with former world number 3 Professional Boxer. I have experience in circuit training, weight loss and training amateur boxers. My motto is ‘health is wealth’ doesn’t matter if your a newbie or a seasoned pro athlete we all should invest in our health by adopting a healthy fitness routine that serves our mind, body and soul.
