No more guessing. Every session is coach-led, full-body strength training designed to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism. We follow a progressive 6-week programme cycle that takes you from foundational movements to advanced techniques.

New here? Don’t worry about starting mid-cycle. Our coaches will guide you through any movements you’ve missed and scale everything to your current level. You’ll catch up faster than you think.

Barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands—everything you need. Just bring yourself and a water bottle.

We’ve got answers

I’ve never lifted weights before. Is this really for beginners?
Absolutely. Our coaches scale every movement to your level. You’ll learn proper form from day one. Most of our members had never touched a barbell before FitLab23.
Will lifting make me bulky?

No. Women don’t have enough testosterone to bulk up accidentally. You’ll build lean, toned muscle that boosts your metabolism. Strength training creates that defined, athletic look—not bulk.

What if I can't make all 3 classes in one week?

Your intro pass is valid for 14 days from the day you book your first class. Use it at your pace. We recommend spacing them out over 10 days to ease into it and gain maximum benefit.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment and accessories you need for your session. We also have private showers and changing facilities, so feel free to bring a change of clothes if you want to freshen up afterward. Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers (flat-soled work best for lifting).

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! We love training partners. You each get your own intro offer. Many of our strongest friendships started here.
