Nothing, just show up! Dress in comfortable suitable gym wear and trainers! Bring a bottle of water or purchase water from our in house juice bar

How do I get to FitLab23

We are located close to 2 main undergraound stations. 2 mins walk from Alperton station and 10 min walk from Wembley Central. Both have great bus and transport links. If you will be driving to us, we have free onsite parking for all our members. FItLab23, Unit 2D, 2 Atlip Road, Wembley, HA0 4LU
