We’ve heard them all here are honest answers

I’ve never lifted weights before. Is this really for beginners?

Absolutely. This program is specifically designed for women new to strength training. Every woman in your cohort is starting from the same place. You’ll learn everything from how to approach a barbell to proper form on every lift.

Will I get bulky from lifting weights?

No. Women don’t have enough testosterone to “bulk up” easily. What you WILL get: lean muscle definition, increased strength, better posture, and that toned look that comes from building muscle, not just losing fat.

What if I can’t keep up with everyone else?

You’ll be in a cohort of 24 beginners—all starting at the same level. Every exercise is scalable to your current ability. Our coaches ensure you’re challenged at the right level for YOU, not comparing yourself to anyone else.

What happens after 6 weeks?

You’ll have the option to continue with full FitLab23 membership at 50% off your first month. But there’s no pressure—this program stands alone as a complete introduction to strength training.

Is 3x per week enough to see results?

Yes! For beginners, 3x per week is the optimal frequency. It gives you enough stimulus to build strength while allowing proper recovery between sessions. You’ll see significant results in 6 weeks.

Where do the sessions take place?

All sessions are held in person at FitLab23 studio- click link to google maps

What if I need to miss a session?

Life happens. You can make up missed sessions within the same week, and we provide guidance so you stay on track even if you miss a day.
